Edoardo Andreini

Edoardo Andreini started his career as an office boy in Algiers, Algeria, eventually leading the branch and then becoming the Branch Manager for an Iranian company, focusing on market development and resource management.

Progressing through various countries and roles, he climbed to the top of a Company's Group in Saudi Arabia and engaged in global operations for a significant Saudi family after transitioning to a different group.

Seeking new challenges, Edoardo accepted a role in Moscow, Russia, as the Italian Representative of a Joint Venture among five Russian industries and a major Italian Government Group, aiding in the demilitarization process of military equipment supply companies.

With a wealth of experiences in the Middle East, Far East, China, India, and the Middle East, he has garnered expertise in restructuring and rescuing companies in diverse and emerging markets, establishing himself as an expert in these regions.

His specialties include setting up companies in emerging markets, training local human resources, ensuring high performance, implementing rules and regulations for organizational stability, cost control, target setting, growth planning, defense structuring, and sales activity monitoring.

Edoardo Andreini holds a degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Torino and completed maturita' scientifica at Liceo Scientifico. He has held various key positions in notable organizations across countries like Italy, India, China, Saudi Arabia, and Russia.
