Meet Matt Norton, a native of New Hampshire who is committed to promoting equality, preserving affordable housing, and promoting socially responsible entrepreneurship. Matt has an impressive academic background, having studied Political Science as a Bachelor’s Degree, Justice Studies as a Dual Major, and Race and Ethnic Studies as a Minor at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to that, he earned his High School Diploma at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy. Matt is highly skilled in various areas of lending operations, loan sales, relationship management, originations and servicing, affordable housing, business financial and credit analysis, loan portfolio management, credit monitoring and reporting, residential property management, and Real Estate leasing and sales. He is currently working as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Ledyard National Bank. In the past, Matt has worked in varying roles such as Realtor at Pelletier Realty Group, Business Lender at New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, Financial Development Officer at Strafford Economic Development Corporation, Cooperative Conversion Specialist at New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, Park Maintenance and Office Assistant at Barrington Shores Campground, and CRE Investor and Property Manager at Summer Street Rentals. Matt has been involved in several initiatives that have contributed significantly to the community, and is vocal about the need for social and ecological responsibility in entrepreneurship.
