Connor Murphy is a highly accomplished CEO, investor, and board member with an impressive background in computer science, startups, venture capital, and management consulting. As the CEO of Bridge, a startup that specializes in transforming the way companies hire top talent, Connor has extensive experience working with early stage technology ventures, including having invested in over 30 startups with an enterprise value greater than $1B. Connor has also served as the Managing Director of the Techstars SAP.iO program in Berlin and as a Venture Partner at Techstars, where he invested in and mentored early stage startups. He has received numerous accolades for his entrepreneurial and leadership skills, including being selected as a Gartner Cool Vendor, receiving the best European Enterprise Startup award at the Europas, and being named a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year.

Connor is also highly involved in the business community and has served as a board member for RTE, Ireland's National Public Service Multi-Media Organisation, which includes RTÉ Television, RTÉ Radio, RTÉ News and Current Affairs, RTÉ Network, RTÉ Digital and RTÉ Orchestras quartet & Choirs. He earned a first class honors degree in computer science from University College Cork and has worked with several leading companies, including Sun Microsystems, Thomson Reuters, Pfizer, and British Airways.
