Ed Gardner

Ed Gardner is a veteran-owned small business leader with over 15 years of technical and managerial experience in improving client performance. As the President of Value Management Services, LLC (VMS), he has successfully provided consulting, quality management, project management, technical writing, training, and development services to various industries. He has also worked with renowned companies, including Lockheed Martin, IBM, and Loral Space Systems, in quality engineering, organizational assessment, and ISO management roles. Ed's extensive background in proposal and contract management and his certifications as a Certified ISO Lead Assessor and Certified Software Quality Engineer make him a cost-centered solution provider for businesses. He holds a BS degree in business management with a mathematics minor from the University of Maryland, College Park. Ed is most receptive to travel and adapting to client project requirements, and his main intention is to be most cooperative and understanding in fulfilling the client's objectives.
