- Supported managing SDGs Holistic Innovation Platform (SHIP) by facilitating innovation workshops for business professionals where human-centered design approaches were adopted and also by operating online digital platforms that aim to be a matching database of international development needs and business solutions.  -   Researched on worldwide social innovation models and strategic initiatives to achieve SDGs and created visual materials to communicate with stakeholder groups and the public.

UNDP

CROSS FIELDS is an award-winning non-profit organization founded in 2011, focusing on nurturing future corporate leaders to accelerate social innovation in their businesses. With the recognition of the correlation between leadership cultivation and active participation in tackling societal issues, they provide employees in corporate spaces opportunities to work with NGOs/social enterprises in SE Asia as corporate volunteers.        								  -   Designed and coordinated custom educational programs while identifying client needs for long-term leadership cultivation and organizational transformation, which contributed to rapid business growth: the non-profit saw the increase to 30 Japanese major corporates, over 60 host organizations across Asia, and more than 100 volunteers within five years of foundation.-  Provided participating companies consulting services that include monitoring throughout the projects, offering one-to-one coaching/training sessions to the volunteers, evaluating the program impact for both client companies and host organizations.-  Designed and facilitated a series of custom workshops and field research trips for employees in Japanese high-profile companies to generate innovative business concepts for solving social issues in Japan and overseas. -  Played a pivotal role in expanding the networks of domestic and overseas social innovators and entrepreneurs.

- Team Leader managing 4 consultants, providing trade risk management consultations for internal business units (energy, metals, machinery, infrastructure) from the point of view of the compliance with international and domestics trading regulations and rules.  -   Played the major role in launching and managing a cross-functional task force team consisting of 10 members to deal with a wide range of trade business consultation needs holistically.

- Made a quantitative analysis of the bulk ship chartering market while taking political and economic macro factors into consideration.  -  Engaged in B2B marketing and business development of sea transportation services that address Japanese and overseas clients’ needs of the carriage of bulk cargoes including steel and fertilizer, mainly in Southeast Asia.
