David Fraser

David Fraser is a highly experienced and accomplished senior leader and business owner in the science-based, engineering, and manufacturing industry. After completing his BSc and PhD in Electronics and Electrical Engineering at The University of Glasgow, he went on to study an MBA at the University of Strathclyde. David has dedicated his career to helping organisations develop, grow and improve through his consulting and mentoring services. He is the Managing Director of Success for Leaders, and previously held senior positions at Industrial Systems and Control and Hanon Solutions Ltd. He has also worked as Type 45 Programme Director at BAE Systems Ltd, Project Executive at Pilkington Optronics/Thales, and Principal Engineer/Project Manager at Scomagg. In addition to his extensive experience, David is also an author, having written "The Mastery of Leadership" and "Relationship Mastery: A Business Professional’s Guide." David's services focus on coaching, mentoring, facilitation, strategy, collaboration, workshops, talks and systematic approaches to developing leaders, organizational learning, change, and growth. He is armed with a wide range of techniques and tools to solve complicated organisational problems.
