Jan Williams

Jan Williams is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a diversified recruiting background, having worked in IT, Sales, HR, Marketing, and Finance. With a strong passion to help change people's lives for the better, Jan holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. She has worked in several senior-level positions, including Head of Staffing at SpinMedia Group, Inc., Director of Staffing, West Coast at Viacom, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at YP, The Real Yellow Pages®. Jan also served as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Airtime and an Talent Acquisition Consultant at Randstad Sourceright, where she gained experience in recruiting and sourcing for various positions. Before that, Jan worked as a Senior Technical and Corporate Recruitment Consultant and Managing Director at Spherion and Astreya, respectively.
