Petr Soukal is an experienced business professional who has spent over two decades working for various global companies across a wide range of industries, including finance, insurance, mining, manufacturing, office services, steel, oil, pharma, biomedicine, and real estate. He has an extensive portfolio of achievements in project management and management consulting, bringing process governance and Lean Six Sigma skills to every project he undertakes. Mr. Soukal is a certified Master Black Belt with skills in data analysis and DOE methods, and he also has experience in strategy advisory, making him a valued asset to any organization. He is fluent in Czech, Slovak, Russian, and English, and has worked in several countries like India, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Mr. Soukal is widely educated, having obtained a Ph.D., an M.Sc., and a B.Sc. degree in Prague University of Economics and Business, along with an Mgr. degree in Charles University. He also served as an external staff at the Department of Statistics of the Prague University of Economics and Business, teaching statistics to students. Mr. Soukal is a former franchise owner of RE/MAX ELITE, and he also served as the owner and CEO of HFO Consulting & Trading s.r.o, the Vice President of Project Management at Home Credit India, and the Lead Quality Partner at Tieto, among others.
