Ryan Yano is an experienced professional accountant with over 13 years of expertise in Internal/External Audit, Forensic Accounting, Investigations, Risk, and Compliance. With 6+ years' experience in management and 9+ years' in Big 4 firms, Ryan has worked with clients across the banking, finance, insurance, mutual/hedge funds, real estate, and diversified conglomerates industries. He has extensive experience in external and internal audits, compliance, risk assessments, and managing fraud investigations.

Ryan's focus is providing exceptional service to his clients, conducting a variety of engagements. He is perceptive, conscientious, and a wiz at transforming volumes of data into useful information. He has experience working and traveling to multiple jurisdictions and managing large-scale complex engagements requiring advanced project management skills and dedication.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Great Distinction from the University of Regina. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and Chartered Accountant (CA). Ryan has formerly held senior roles at Deloitte Cayman Islands and Dart Enterprises (Cayman) Ltd before taking up the position of Risk Manager at Maples Group. With a "can-do" attitude and a strong belief in teamwork, collaboration, and partnerships to accomplish business objectives, Ryan is highly respected by his peers. In his free time, Ryan has traveled to over 15 countries for personal adventure.
