Michael Chaladoff is an experienced venture capitalist, advisor, and entrepreneur with a rich and diverse background in engineering, consulting, finance, and marketing. He is a co-founder and partner at Neu Venture Capital, where he invests in and supports early-stage companies in various industries, including fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. Chaladoff also teaches entrepreneurship and innovation at Columbia University and shares his insights and opinions on his blog "Reaction Wheel."
Before joining Neu, Chaladoff co-founded Root Markets, an innovative programmatic marketing company, and led the venture capital division at Omnicom Group, a leading marketing services firm, where he provided seed funding to many pioneering internet marketing companies. He also worked at Prodigy Services, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, and IBM, where he was part of the design team for the ES/9000 mainframe computer.
Chaladoff has served on the boards of several startups, including Sila, PCB:ng, Tuition.io, Lucky Sort, PlaceIQ, Yieldbot, Magnetic, Simple, and Pinch Media. He holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business.
