Phil Goodman

Phil Goodman is a talented and experienced leader known for his quick-wittedness, loyalty, and integrity. With a passion for tackling new challenges, Phil has become an integral part of the communication team at Brentwood Academy, where he serves as the Director of Creative Services. In addition, he owns a boutique creative agency called Goodman Creative that provides top-notch creative solutions for growing brands. Phil is a consultant and leader with extensive experience in independent education, church ministry, non-profits, and entrepreneurial ventures. He has been a featured speaker at civic events and breakout speaker at various conferences.

Phil is also the executive producer and host of the Time to Pivot podcast, where he explores topics regarding personal growth in times of change, cultivating discipline, and leadership development. His education background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Political Science from Jacksonville State University. Phil's interests include coffee, travel, and spending time with his family. He currently lives in Bellevue, a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Jaye and daughter.
