Len Green, CPA and MBA, is a renowned entrepreneur and business leader with over four decades of experience owning and managing commercial real estate properties. He is the Chairman and Founder of The Green Group, an accounting, tax, consulting, and advisory firm, and has been involved with over 40 businesses, including SoBe Beverages and Blue Buffalo Pet Food.

Len is a former Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College, where he also served as the Entrepreneur In Residence and a member of the Board Of Trustees. He has taught over 2,000 students in his tenure and continues to inspire the world’s next generation of business leaders. In 2017, he released his first book, "The Entrepreneur’s Playbook", based upon his renowned entrepreneurship courses at Babson College.

Len's expertise spans across start-ups, family businesses, and thoroughbred horse operations. He has been on the board of a dozen companies across various industries, including the publicly held company Cenveo and the non-for-profit Jeremy’s Heroes. Len is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he studied Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management (OPM) program, and New York University, where he earned his MBA in Taxation.

Len truly enjoys thinking outside the box and ensuring that his students, clients, and business partners are inspired and prepared for growth. His passion for teaching and entrepreneurship is evident in his book and his work as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Monmouth University, and New York University.
