Naomi Kawada

Naomi Kawada is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and solid experience in change management, business development, and international trade. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in commercial engineering from Solvay Business School, where she graduated with great distinction. Additionally, Naomi studied at Université libre de Bruxelles and participated in an exchange program focusing on Business and Commerce at International Christian University.

Naomi Kawada has held key roles in various reputable organizations. She currently serves as a Change Manager at Keyrus USA, where she applies her expertise in managing organizational transitions effectively. Prior to this, Naomi gained valuable experience as a Change Manager at Keyrus and as a Business Developer at Tilman. She also honed her skills during her tenure as a Trainee in International Trade at the AWEX-programme Explort and an International Intern at Fundacíon Censa through AIESEC.
