Dylan McDonnell

Dylan McDonnell is a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about assisting individuals with specific dietary requirements in locating suitable restaurants and menu options. Through Foodini, a platform he founded, Dylan connects people with dietary needs to restaurants and menu choices that cater to their requirements. Foodini has received several accolades, including the IACC 'Startup of the Year' Award in 2022 and Dylan being honored as the FoodTech CEO of the Year by APAC Insider in 2023 for his efforts in Australia. Dylan's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in International and European Business Law from Trinity College Dublin, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork. He also completed an Accelerator Programme in Startup at Founder Institute. Throughout his career, Dylan has been involved with various organizations, serving in roles such as Mentor at Founder Institute, Limited Partner at Mendoza Ventures, Founder and CEO of Foodini, Senior Associate at Mercer, Legal Counsel at Mercer in the Institutional Wealth and Financial Advice sector, among others. Additionally, he has diverse legal experience, including roles at Matheson in areas such as Asset Management, Investment Funds, and Commercial Real Estate. Besides his legal background, Dylan has managerial experience from his time at Revive Cafe & Wine Bar and coaching experience as a Senior Coach at United Sports Training Center.
