Bhabani Jena is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of IT experience, known for his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

As the Founder and CEO of Halloclub, a premier invite-only Social audio networking platform for professionals and brands, Bhabani has successfully combined his technological expertise with his business management skills.

Prior to founding Halloclub, Bhabani co-founded DxMinds and FuGenX, two prominent IT services ventures, with the latter being a global leader in AI and Mobility before its acquisition by USM Business System in 2017.

His entrepreneurial journey also includes working with prestigious organizations like Samsung Electro-Mechanics R&D center and Mascon Global Limited, where he honed his skills in various technologies such as Mobility, AI, Gaming, Web, and more.

Bhabani's achievements include driving high revenue growth leading FuGenX to prestigious awards like Deloitte Technology Fast50 India and APAC in 2012, 2013, and 2016.

Recognized for his contributions, Bhabani received the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2015 from Koustuv Group of Institutions and the INDIAN LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT in 2014.

His expertise extends to customer acquisition, having onboarded clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies across the globe.

Bhabani has a strong track record of developing products that have evolved into multi-million dollar businesses, attracting investments from notable entities like Alibaba and Mark Zuckerberg's investment firm.

With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Utkal University, Bhabani Jena has led teams across various functions including technology, delivery, operations, sales, and marketing throughout his career.
