Crm Dusty Mathews

Dusty SEPCO-ITZ/AIB Mathews is a Certified Records Manager (CRM) with extensive experience in information management, archival processes, and operational excellence.

Dusty holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Archival Management from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Fairmont State University.

Currently, Dusty serves as the Capability Center Lead for Operational Excellence at Shell and has previously held various leadership roles within the organization, including CC Lead for Commercial I&D, IM Lead for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments, and IM Lead for Oil Sands Assets.

Prior to Shell, Dusty's experience includes roles such as Information Management Business Analyst at Shell, Records Information Manager at Source One Management (contractor to US Department of Energy), Manager of Heritage Programs at Vandalia Heritage Foundation, and Archivist (Graduate Assistant) at East Tennessee State University.
