I worked closely with other Business Unit Partners to ensure programs were aligned with overall business strategies and requirements.

Human Resources Manager (International Assignment Norway)

Led day-to-day operations of full-cycle human resource functions on regional and global scale. Managed vendor contracts with local, regional, and national organizations. Developed and directed onboarding activities to ensure achievement of employee success. Formulated candidate sourcing and selection strategies as well as conducted comprehensive interviews to recruit talented individuals. Delivered excellent suggestions to management on compliance with federal regulations and corporate policies. Design programs in areas of recruitment and onboarding, performance development, total rewards, and restructuring.

Human Resources Manager

Collaborated with the Captain’s and Chief Engineer’s to procure spare parts and consumables for global distribution to Teekay vessels. This was an excellent opportunity to learn about the operations of the energy transportation sector.
