Dustin Cromwell, a technology enthusiast with a strong passion for using technology to help people, has an extensive background in retail and customer service roles. He has an excellent reputation among his supervisors for being the go-to person for anything technical, and he is always eager to learn new skills and solve problems. Dustin has an educational background in media arts and animation from The Art Institutes and studied at Harper College.

Dustin has held multiple positions in several organizations, including SBT at HCL Technologies, VirtualPBX, Esurance, and salesforce.com. While he has held different positions such as Support Supervisor, Tier 2 Technical Support, NOCC Systems Operator, Data Center Technician, and New Hire Deployment Tech, his love for mobile technology has always been his focus. He keeps himself familiar with all major brands such as Apple, Google Nexus, Windows, and many more. He would label himself as an Android Fan, but he believes that each brand has benefits for different users.
