Senior Vice President & Chief Customer Officer

Promoted to build capability and business plan to support revenue, share and profit growth with PepsiCo's largest single customer, Walmart.  Developed and deployed regional pricing strategy to deliver differentiated share performance for portfolio.  Utilized sophisticated analytics to optimize product mix on shelf and at front end.  Managed multiple partner relationships through various joint venture agreements. Delivered balanced P&L despite historic levels of embedded pricing and significant category headwinds.

Senior Vice President

P&L ownership for one of fifteen domestic Frito-Lay operating businesses, with 2,000+ employees, over 40 distribution centers and cross dock facilities and one manufacturing plant.  Accountable for all aspects of business, with significant resourcing deployed against Sales, Manufacturing, Transport, Human Resources, and Finance.  Delivered mid single digit topline growth and double digit profit growth through duration of assignment, ranking 3rd in nation overall at end of tenure.

Transitioned from Finance to General Management role to gain operating experience.  Assumed  full accountability for P&L for PepsiCo’s 5th largest customer domestically.  Led across all 3 divisions of the enterprise - Pepsi, Frito-Lay and Quaker/Tropicana/Gatorade to develop a sustained growth algorithm after year on year business declines.  Grew total revenue from $600k to just under $1BN in 3 years.
