Duncan Muchangi is a venture capital investor and technology entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He currently works at Unicorn Growth Capital as a Principal, investing in and supporting high-growth tech companies. He has also founded, invested in, and advised various leading technology companies around the world. Muchangi's expertise spans Web3.0, Fintech, Digital Identity, and E-commerce. He has a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance, Accounting & Management from Bradford University School of Management and a background in BSc. Electronic & Computer Engineering.

Prior to his current role, Muchangi was the Director of Antler East Africa, a global early-stage VC, and Operating Partner of Element Inc. - a pioneer of mobile deep learning (AI) operating in NYC, Africa, and Southeast Asia. He also co-founded Jumia Food, Jumia Group's online food delivery business in Rwanda & Kenya, where he pioneered a new business model through strategic partnerships resulting in a €75 Million pre-IPO investment from Pernod Ricard. Additionally, he was a Managing Director at Jumia Group, leading the launch and scaling up of Ecommerce & Fintech at Africa's first Unicorn across various countries.
