Dr. Stefan Thomas is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles. He holds a degree in Production Management from Universität St. Gallen-Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften, as well as degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
Dr. Thomas currently serves as the Executive Director at INC Invention Center. Previously, he held key positions at REHAU, including CDO / Executive Director Digital & Disruptive Business, Managing Director Innovation Lab UNLIMITED X, Director of Purchasing Investment, and Executive Assistant to the COO.
Furthermore, Dr. Thomas has academic experience as a Research Associate, Consultant, and Team Leader in Global Manufacturing at the Institute of Technology Management, University of St.Gallen. His expertise spans across production management, engineering, innovation, digital business, and strategic leadership.
