Dr Simmy Grover
Dr Simmy Grover is an accomplished academic and practitioner in the field of organisational psychology. She attended Forest School, London for her early education, and completed her MEng in Biomedical Engineering at Imperial College London. She went on to earn an MSc in Social Cognition with distinction, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organisational Psychology from University College London (UCL).
Dr Grover has held several professional roles, including UCL Organisational Psychologist, Independent Consultant, and Chief Science Officer at Unmind. She also worked as a Senior Analyst at Aite Group, and started her professional career as an Equity Trader at Morgan Stanley.
With an impressive academic background and extensive professional experience, Dr Grover brings a unique perspective to the field of organisational psychology. Her research interests include workplace well-being, mindfulness, and employee experience.
