Rachel Linares

Dr. Rachel M. Linares is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, business administration, and employee experience management.

She holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Webster University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Linares has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including serving as the Employee Experience Lead at Lexmark, Continuous Process Improvement Manager at the County of Ventura, and Bursar of Student Business Services at California State University-Channel Islands.

Her previous positions also include significant roles at academic institutions such as UCLA Anderson School of Management where she was the Associate Director of Open Enrollment, Executive Education, and Midway University where she held roles like Associate Dean of Admissions, Director of Admissions, and Adjunct Faculty Member.
