She holds a Doctorate of Health Administration with a focus on the Executive Track from the Medical University of South Carolina, a Master of Science in Administration specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of West Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Arlington.
