Dr. John Paul Fitzpatrick, FRSA, is a highly qualified and experienced educator with a diverse background in education and leadership. With a Doctorate in Education focusing on raising attainment and supporting looked after children, he also holds an MSc in Advanced Educational Studies, an MBA in Business, and a BA in Community Education. Dr. Fitzpatrick has a strong track record in school improvement, teacher leadership, and corporate leadership development.

For the past three years, Dr. Fitzpatrick has been spearheading a school improvement initiative centered on Growth Mindset to boost academic achievement and drive cultural change. In addition to this, he has been actively involved in coaching business leaders. His expertise extends to training system leaders, providing CPD sessions, engaging parents, designing curricula, and delivering workshops both nationally and internationally.
