Davidella (Davie) Floyd

Davidella Floyd, known as Davie, is a scholar-practitioner with over 25 years of expertise in progressive organizational leadership in consulting firms focusing on transformational leadership development.

She recently completed her Ph.D. in cognitive studies and education at Columbia University in New York after a sabbatical and specializes in adult development and research on how reflection fosters wisdom.

Davie integrates her academic prowess, extensive organizational leadership background, and consulting experience to assist leaders in creating thriving and prosperous work environments for themselves, their teams, businesses, and communities.
