As the Founder, President & CEO of Encore Services, LLC, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business in Washington, DC, Jeff leverages his military background and MBA in Management from the University of Columbus to drive the company's vision and mission.

Jeff declined a Deputy Director position within VA's OI&T to focus on leading his team at Encore Services, ensuring top-notch expertise and seamless placement of professionals in key roles from day one of contract awards.

Under Jeff's leadership, Encore Services has excelled in providing Program Management Office (PMO), Administrative, Management, and IT support to clients in the Federal sector, exceeding client expectations with a dedicated and skilled team.

Education-wise, Jeff holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD (Honorary) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Columbus, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
