Elizabeth Xu, Ph.D., is the CEO and CTO of A2C Leadership Group, which operates under A2C Academy. She is a prominent figure in the technology and leadership sectors, serving as a public company board member and having held significant executive roles, including Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for major companies such as CP Group and BMC Software. Her career spans over 20 years in various leadership positions, focusing on software-as-a-service, big data, and mobile enterprise software.123

Dr. Xu has an extensive academic background, having taught leadership at Stanford University for six years and currently serving as a guest lecturer on Digital Transformation at the Department of Engineering Management Science.
