Doug Keiller is a seasoned professional development entrepreneur with a strong background in early-stage ventures, product development, business model innovation, board development, and international market strategy and operations.

He has a keen interest in personalized learning for professions education, driving educational outcomes through innovation, redesigning clinical and practical learning experiences, and exploring new opportunities in digital health assessment and treatment.

Doug Keiller holds an MBA in General Management from the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management, an MA in Urban Planning and Economic Development from UCLA, and a BA in College of Letters from Wesleyan University.

Throughout his career, he has been involved with various organizations, including serving as the Co-founder and COO for Latin America at EMERITUS Institute of Management, holding board positions at Versant Healthcare Competency Solutions, co-founding Adaptive Healthcare, and being part of the advisory council at Arizona College, among others.

His professional journey includes roles such as Dean of the School of Management at Alliant International University, Chief Strategy Officer at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, Entrepreneur in Residence at University Ventures, and Founder and CEO of the Institute of California Bilingual Healthcare.

Doug Keiller has also been actively engaged in academia, serving as a Lecturer at the School of Public Policy and Social Research at UCLA and as a Co-Founder and Director of Marketing and Sales at AirZip. He has experience in product management, having worked as a Director at AllBusiness and participated in the Marketing Leadership Program at AT&T (Pacific Bell division, which later merged with SBC Comm and AT&T).
