Work includes the global repositioning of Elizabeth Arden, creating advertising, digital and collateral/visual merchandising for all markets. Global development of media for the Elizabeth Arden group of fragrance brands, including Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, Curve, Lucky Brands, Usher, Britney Spears, and Mariah Carey.

Designed the Avon Brochure for North American markets, leading in house creative and production teams, delivering 16MM new brochures every 2 weeks • Initiated photo and graphic design standards for all product lines: beauty, fashion and home • Partnered with commercial marketing and senior management to conceptualize editorial themes and develop supportive merchandising plans creating a cohesive group of stores inside the catalog • Supervised 600+ photo shoots annually • Budget responsibility: $16MM+
• led creative development of Tiny Tillia, a new on-line Mom & Baby business, launching April 2011, contributing $40MM in year of introduction
• created advertising for celebrity brands featuring Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Hudson, Jeannie Mai, Carl Edwards, and Keri Hilson, increasing PR impressions and sales
• implemented redesign of brochure for 2011, increasing selling space, changing editorial direction and introducing new structural elements to enhance customer and representative experience
• restructured creative organization, allowing reduction of head count by 30%
• achieved $500M savings in photo budget while increasing caliber of talent and elevating overall look of brochure and Avon brand
• increased growth above market rate for Skincare and Color by developing new approaches to the design and merchandising of the stores
