Manage biannual New York International Gift Fair®, the leading gift and home products market in the United States; direct sales, marketing, media relations, and operations to achieve exceptional annual results including:  1.1 million net square feet in exhibit sales from 3,300 participating exhibitors, and trade attendance of 70,000.  Manage sales, marketing and administrative staff of 19.  Serve as media spokesperson for NYIGF. Manage relationships with agents, manufacturers, embassies and consulates through national and international travel (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, South Africa, South America, Canada and Mexico.) Chair customer advisory board. Develop and implement 4-year strategic plan to grow show by 20% with expansion of Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in 2013 , reposition and rebrand mature event to penetrate vertical product categories more effectively and enrich attendance through launch of new categories and co-located events. • Manage development and sales of NYIGF on-line exhibitor catalog designed to offer digital lead generation for exhibitors, increase and enrich web traffic, and generate digital media revenue stream. (2009 – present)

•Manage corporate enterprise system development for all GLM shows to include:  development of custom CRM solution in Salesforce.com; development of custom show administration and attendee registration solutions to integrate with Salesforce.com; development and support of system rollout and associated staff training. • Manage customer relations department of 5 for all GLM shows to include: buyer retention and acquisition; all corporate outbound telemarketing; buyer credentialing and registration; database cleaning and enrichment; provision of on-site registration. (2009 – present)
