Dorlisa Goodrich Young

Dorlisa Young is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for working with children, teens, and families. She holds an MS in Publishing from Pace University and a BA in English from Spelman College. Dorlisa has worked with a variety of organizations including Friends Select School, where she served as an assistant teacher, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she worked as a family consultant intern, and WOMEN OF THE DREAM, where she facilitated a non-profit organization for girls. As the former small business owner and etiquette consultant at The Delaware Valley School of Etiquette, Dorlisa brought her expertise in grace and decorum to a wider audience, while as a certified substitute teacher at Community Classical Christian School, she provided a nurturing and supportive learning environment for young students. She has also worked in various editorial and production roles for Essence Magazine and Dow Jones. Through her extensive experience and dedication, Dorlisa has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of education, publishing, and children and family services.
