Donna Peace

Donna Peace is the Executive Director of the American Lung Association in Colorado, a position she has held since February 9, 2023. In this role, she is responsible for engaging with the community and state agencies to promote lung-friendly policies and raise funds for the organization's mission to improve lung health and prevent lung disease.

Peace has extensive experience in fundraising and nonprofit leadership, having worked in various capacities since 2011. Before her current role, she served as the Development Director for the Lung Association in Colorado and has held leadership positions at organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association Colorado Chapter and Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. Her expertise includes donor stewardship, annual fund development, and strategic planning. In her current position, she focuses on community building events and public health issues, including youth smoking and air quality improvement.12
