Donate Philbert

Donna Philbert is a seasoned leader and change management expert with experience in the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in internal control and fraud prevention, having served as the Head of the Department of Controle at the Dienst Werk en Inkomen in Curacao. She has also held various leadership roles in human resources, internal affairs, and elections.

Philbert is a multilingual adult trainer and facilitator, skilled in communication, presentation, and public speaking in English, Dutch, Spanish, Papiamentu, and Sranang tongo. She holds a post-graduate degree in Good Governance Leidraad tot het Commissariaat and a Master of Science in Accounting with a major in Public Controling, both from the University of the Netherlands Antilles.
