Dominica Ribeiro

Dominica Ribeiro is the Chief Marketing and Distribution Officer at Breckinridge Capital Advisors, a position she has held since 2020. In her role, she oversees the firm's strategic distribution, which includes sales and relationship management, as well as marketing initiatives. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors at Breckinridge.1

With over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ribeiro previously served as the head of institutional marketing at State Street Global Advisors. There, she was instrumental in developing marketing strategies that emphasized thought leadership and gender diversity initiatives, including the notable Fearless Girl campaign.1 Her career began at Putnam Investments, followed by a significant tenure at Fidelity Investments, where she advanced to vice president of institutional marketing.1

Ribeiro is actively involved in various community and professional organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for Crispus Attucks Children's Center and as a Corporate Trustee for the Trustees of Reservations. Additionally, she mentors teens through the Attleboro Community Academy and is a member of several finance-related organizations, including 100 Women in Finance and Boston Women in Finance.1 She holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Business Management from Lesley University.1
