Dominic Pandiscia is a seasoned music industry executive and the former Chief Executive Officer of Pledgemusic. He holds a degree in Psychology and English from Montclair State University and is an alumnus of Lenape Valley Regional High School. With an extensive background in the music business, Dominic has held various high-ranking positions in prominent organizations like Caroline/Capitolmusic Group, Emi Music, Capitol Records, and Virgin Records America, Inc.

Before his role as CEO at Pledgemusic, Dominic served as the President at Caroline/Capitolmusic Group, the Executive Vice President of Commercial and Revenue Development at Emi Music, and the Executive Vice President of Music Services North America and Label Services Global at Emi Music. His experience also includes senior roles such as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Emi Label Services/Caroline Distribution, Senior Vice President of Sales at Capitol Records, and Vice President of Sales at Virgin Records, among other key positions at Virgin Records America, Inc.
