Dominic McGann is a seasoned commercial lawyer with a vast experience of over 35 years in native title, cultural heritage, government advisory, and carbon farming.

His clientele includes a diverse range of entities such as Traditional Owners, State and Local Governments, infrastructure, resources, renewable energy, as well as sugar, timber, and pastoral companies.

With a strong focus on community impact, Dominic prioritizes working with clients dedicated to giving back to communities affected by their operations.

His educational background boasts a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Administrative Law and Trade Practices from Sydney University, Negotiation Theory and Practice certification from Harvard Law School, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from Bond University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from Queensland University of Technology.

Currently, Dominic McGann serves as a Partner at McCullough Robertson Lawyers.
