Dmytro Kozytskyi

Dmitry Kozitsky is an experienced service designer and entrepreneur based in Ukraine. He began working with design in 2007 and spent over 8 years focusing on American and European markets. In 2019, he shifted his focus to the Ukrainian market and started sharing his expertise in service design. He is currently the CEO of Iteracia, a company that provides design thinking to help businesses level up. Dmitry is also the co-founder of ZeroCup, a company that aims to promote reusability by creating innovative products for the Ukrainian market.

Throughout his career, Dmitry has worked for several notable organizations, including DataArt, where he held various UI/UX design roles. He has also worked as a lecturer and mentor at LITS (Lviv IT School). In addition to his professional work, Dmitry has personal goals for 2021, which include composing and recording his own song in Ukrainian, creating an authoring course about service design, and running a charitable marathon.
