Dimitar Stanimiroff

Dimitar Stanimiroff is a seasoned SaaS founder and operator with a successful history in scaling tech companies throughout Europe. Currently, he holds the position of General Manager EMEA at Crossbeam, a prominent Ecosystem-Led Growth (ELG) platform focusing on enhancing companies' deal velocity, ACV, and win rates. Prior to Crossbeam, Dimitar served as General Manager EMEA at Handshake, where he spearheaded the company's expansion in Europe by fostering growth and cultivating key partnerships.

Dimitar's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Heresy, a revolutionary sales diagnostics and management tool utilized by renowned SaaS entities like GoCardless, Trello, and Zencargo. Before Heresy, he played a pivotal role as MD EMEA at Stack Overflow, the largest global developer community, where he fueled the launch of Stack Overflow Talent in Europe and transformed the European arm of the business from inception to a multi-million dollar revenue stream, managing a team across the UK, Germany, and France. His tenure saw the acquisition of Stack Overflow by Prosus for $1.8B in 2021.

Dimitar kick-started his SaaS career by co-founding WePow, an early industry player in asynchronous video interviewing, which was later acquired by OutMatch. He is an alumnus of University College London, holding a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Technology Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he pursued further education through studying MBA Electives in Technology Entrepreneurship at London Business School.
