Dila Baktiroglu

Dila Baktiroglu is an accomplished business development professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and management. She is a graduate of Purdue University where she studied Public Relations and Rhetorical Advocacy and minored in Advertising and Management. Her career began in the marketing field with roles at hakia, Eti, and Migros before moving onto account management at McCann Worldgroup. From there, she transitioned to a technology-focused career working at Microsoft in various roles, including BizSpark and WebsiteSpark Program Specialist and SMS&P Public Sector Education Specialist.

Throughout her career, Baktiroglu has held leadership positions, co-founding Toyji: Smart toypad and working as the Chief Engagement Officer at Girisim Fabrikasi - Fit Startup Factory. Additionally, she has advised on technology and held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at Borda Technology. Currently, Baktiroglu serves as the Director of Business Development at exClone where she plays a crucial role in the company's efforts to create hyper-realistic digital humans.
