Diep Vuong
Diep N. Vuong is a highly experienced senior leader known for her expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, monitoring and evaluation, grant-making, financial analysis, and strategic partnership development across various sectors including high-tech, nonprofit, and multilateral organizations. She is the president and co-founder of Pacific Links Foundation, a nonprofit focused on empowering youth and women through large-scale programs in schools, communities, and factories. With a background in economics, Diep has a strong educational foundation from Harvard University, the University of California, Berkeley, and San Jose State University, where she studied Economics, Public Administration with a focus on program evaluation, and pursued a PhD in Economics.
