Didier Cossin

Didier Cossin is a highly respected Chaired Professor of Governance and Finance, as well as an expert in risk and opportunity optimization, investment selection, and strategy design. He is the founder and director of the IMD Global Board Center, which assists boards in achieving their best performance. Additionally, Cossin participates in the Stewardship Institute, promotes positive social impact and encourages long-term thinking via ESG research and advocacy. He also chairs BERG Capital Management, which concentrates on enhancing financial investments by working with large asset owners.
