The Grand Rapids Area Community Foundation provides opportunities for individuals and organizations to invest in their community to improve the quality of life. The GRACF is a trust—a collection of endowment funds that are contributed by individuals, corporations and community service organizations to benefit the geographical area of Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

The Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization started in 1994, is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who live and work in the Grand Rapids/Itasca County area, who are knowledgeable about their community, and who are committed to ensuring that the spirit and the intent of each gift is honored.

GraceNet, Inc. was a private operating foundation. This foundation supported research, coaching, and consulting in the effective spiritual leadership of new and revitalizing congregations.

The board dissolved the corporation and wound up operations in 2015, after successfully concluding the organization's major projects and initiatives.
