Building Workplace by Facebook in NY. Founded the NY office for Workplace as the East Coast region HQ. Lead team of sales, customer success and pre/post-sale engineers. Set and execute strategy for regional go to market and to bring more people onto Workplace. Personally closed first deals worked from NY, created market development approach (event strategy, partnerships), and developed regional partner ecosystem for building and moving pipeline.

Built Facebook’s developer ecosystem in EMEA. Developed flagship product launches and experiences with the top mobile app developers in Europe, Middle East and Africa (including Europe's first Messenger Business launch). Led FB developer relationships with top Chinese app developers. 
•	Drove platform product adoption with top UK partners including Wahanda, Transferwise, and Farfetch.
•	Jumpstarted relationship with top Chinese app partners such as Cheetah Mobile, 360 and Apus Launcher as first Chinese speaking partner manager. Drove adoption of key platform products such as Analytics for Apps.

Developed and led ad syndication partnerships with Google’s top UK e-commerce publishers representing $115m in gross revenue including eBay classifieds and Ryanair. Optimized relationships driving $20m in incremental annual revenue. Renewed and negotiated strategic deals with top partners, for example with Lastminute.com.

Progressively promoted through Google’s AdWords department, starting with building campaigns for Google’s top e-commerce clients and finishing with leading three sales teams to offer more strategic, less reactive support across a $100m annual portfolio of ad spend.

Devised and executed online advertising campaigns for top US retail advertisers. Coordinated online advertising programs with offline and other channel programs for cohesive advertising programs. Optimized multi-channel advertising efforts based on online performance metrics.
