Diana Cordova is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in psychology and education. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University and a BA in Psychology and Spanish, Summa Cum Laude, from Smith College.
Diana has held various significant positions at prestigious institutions. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Program Development at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Previously, she was the Clinical Professor of Executive Education & Academic Director at the Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute at Northwestern University. Diana has also worked as the Vice President for Leadership Programs, Assistant Vice President for Leadership Programs, and Director of the Inclusive Excellence Group at the American Council on Education (ACE). Prior to that, she held roles as the Acting Associate Commissioner at the Institute of Education Sciences within the U.S. Department of Education, Assistant Dean of the Graduate School at Yale University, and Assistant Professor of Psychology at Yale University.
