Dhruv Khattar is a design thinker, problem solver, technologist, and user-experience enthusiast who thrives in challenging problem-solving environments.

With a diverse professional background working for Fortune 50 companies to small non-profits, Dhruv excels where passionate employees are dedicated to finding solutions for their customers, partners, or constituents.

His interests include management consulting, design thinking, analytics, lean operations, technology transformation, and CRM/Salesforce.

Dhruv pursued his education at Arizona State University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial Management, Markets, Strategic Marketing, and Services Leadership, as well as a Master of Science in Information Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.

Currently, Dhruv holds the position of Vice President, Consulting at Urgensee, Inc. His previous roles include Director of Product, Solutions Architect, and Director of Client Solutions at the same company. He has also participated in MBA Leadership Rotational Programs at Reasoning Mind, gaining experience in business transformation, project management, sales enablement, and product management.

Prior to his current role, Dhruv has held positions at top tech companies like Amazon and Microsoft, where he gained valuable experience in customer service operations, project management, and developer support.
