Lauren Cucinotta

Meet Lauren Cucinotta, an accomplished innovator and entrepreneur with a diverse range of experience across the technology, healthcare, and publishing industries. Currently, she is working on at-home blood testing and wellness improvement initiatives as the Head of Partnerships + Growth Marketing at Base. She is also the founder of Ascendant, which offers strategic consulting services for early-stage startups to help them rise to success.

Prior to her work at Base, Lauren was a founding team member at Maven Clinic, where she held several positions including Director of Partnerships + Experiential and Director of Marketing + Community. She also served as Head of Community Engagement for TEDx at TED and Director of Community at Decoded.

Lauren's education includes a BFA in Writing, Literature and Publishing, as well as French language studies, from Emerson College. She also studied French, Theory, and Art History at the CIEE Center for Critical Studies in Paris.

Throughout her career, Lauren has demonstrated an ability to excel in various roles and industries. Her experience includes editorial internships at Pohly and Partners and The Dig, as well as roles at W Magazine, where she served as a Jewelry Assistant and Accessories Assistant. She later became the Online Content Editor/Writer for Vivre and the Director of Marketing and PR for Doyle & Doyle.
