As the sole proprietor and Creative Director of Deyson Inc., I am intimately involved in all aspects of the creative process, from video editing and animation to motion graphics. 

My diverse roles also extend to consultation and training, enabling me to share my knowledge and experience directly with clients.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of producing commercials, short films, web films, music videos, and television programs for clients around the globe. 

Each project presents a unique opportunity to tell a compelling story, and I am continually inspired by the creative challenges each one presents.

Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of my work is the chance to bring the visions of others to life through video. 

I deeply enjoy helping others develop their ideas into beautiful and impactful videos. 

There's nothing quite like the thrill of seeing a concept transform into a reality that exceeds expectations. My passion lies not only in creating, but also in facilitating creation in all its forms.

During my tenure at Advertising Concepts of America (ACA), a leading advertising company specializing in fully produced radio and television commercials.

I worked as a Video Editor, Compositor, and Motion Graphics expert. 

Leveraging the latest audio recording and video editing equipment and software, I contributed to creating compelling advertisements that stand apart and deliver results.

My primary responsibilities included:
- Video Editing: Cut, edited, and enhanced raw footage to produce engaging commercials for a variety of clients.

- Compositing: Utilized state-of-the-art compositing techniques to blend together different elements from separate sources into unified videos.

- Motion Graphics: Created dynamic and engaging motion graphics to add an extra layer of appeal to the videos.

-Project and File Management: Set up an effective syncing system that kept all five systems synchronized with each other, streamlining the management of client projects and files across the local network.

The thrill of working in such a dynamic, creative environment was matched by the incredible friendships I made, many of which continue to this day.

RMS Networks, known as an industry leader in high-quality, full-motion, and high-definition digital marketing content, was known for transforming retail venues into dynamic multimedia environments that drove sales and provided an immersive experience for customers.

As an industry pioneer, RMS delivered internet-based content to over 80,000 monitors installed in leading retailers and high-traffic destinations nationwide. The result was a powerful messaging outreach that enhanced the shopping environment, educated customers, extended product and retail branding, trained staff, and maximized merchandising efforts.

RMS had a targeted approach, reaching consumers where they lived - at retail, at home, and on their handsets. From its former headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., RMS served clients such as AutoNation, Blockbuster, Subway, and Advance Auto Parts, offering a compelling proposition: Where ROI meets awareness.

During my time at RMS Networks, I had the privilege of working as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Artist, and Animator. Collaborating closely with producers, I contributed to the editing and animation of video presentations. 

By skillfully combining visual elements, dynamic graphics, and engaging animations, we created captivating content that resonated with audiences and effectively delivered key messages.

Working at RMS was an exciting opportunity to be part of the cutting-edge field of digital marketing, leveraging my creative expertise to enhance brand experiences. 

The collaborative environment and the impressive roster of clients made each project a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

As an editor at Horizon Productions, Inc. and the HD Suite, I had the privilege of working with a production company deeply involved in all aspects of the motion picture arts and sciences. Being one of the first studios to embrace Sony HD and Red Digital Cinema footage, we were at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation.

My role involved contributing to various productions, including short and long-form films, TV commercials, in-house advertising, concerts, music videos, and more. It was an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, each presenting unique challenges and creative opportunities. From the early days of High Definition format to the advent of Final Cut Pro, I witnessed and contributed to the evolution of both technology and storytelling.

Notable projects during my time at Horizon Productions and the HD Suite include "Heart: A Night at Sky Church" and "Journey - Live in Manila." Additionally, I worked on commercials for esteemed clients such as Pet Supermarket, Holy Cross Hospitals, and others, helping bring their visions to life through compelling visual narratives.

My years with Horizon Productions and the HD Suite were invaluable in terms of professional growth and learning. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of their talented family, where I honed my editing skills, expanded my technical expertise, and contributed to the creation of remarkable audiovisual experiences.

Being immersed in this dynamic industry and collaborating on diverse projects was a constant source of inspiration and fuel for my passion for storytelling through editing. I am proud to have played a role in the success of Horizon Productions and the HD Suite.

During my time at Aderman and Associates, a renowned company specializing in motion graphics, DVD authoring, editing, and compositing, I had the privilege of contributing to various projects. This included editing and producing TV commercials, infomercials, TV shows, and more, which allowed me to develop my skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Under the guidance of Jeff Aderman, the person in charge and a mentor figure, I learned invaluable lessons about maintaining focus, working diligently, and fostering an amazing personality that attracted collaboration from everyone. His leadership and guidance played a pivotal role in my professional development.

At Aderman and Associates, I worked extensively with the Discreet Logic Edit* System, harnessing the power of Photoshop and After Effects to bring visuals to life. These tools allowed me to create captivating motion graphics, seamlessly integrate elements, and deliver high-quality video editing results.

My experience at Aderman and Associates was nothing short of amazing. It provided me with a platform to refine my motion graphics and video editing skills while actively contributing to the production of diverse projects. The opportunity to work with industry-standard tools and learn from a respected leader like Jeff Aderman was instrumental in shaping my career.

Multimedia Programming America (MPA), designed and deployed custom infrastructure-level production and post-production solutions for the television & motion picture industry including such enterprise clients.

M.P.A. also contributed to the development and launch of Pinnacle CineWave, the original Apple Final Cut Pro HD editing platform, and D/Vison Pro, the world's first digital non-linear video editing system which ran on MS-DOS.

I had the incredible privilege of working with Multimedia Programming America, Inc., where my role extended beyond being a Demo Artist to encompass training responsibilities. 

As a specialist in Apple's Final Cut Pro Studio, Discreet's Edit*, and Combustion*, I was able to leverage my expertise to demonstrate the capabilities of these software suites and related hardware, while also providing training to others in these technologies. 

This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge of Digital Media Production and to contribute to the growth of others in this dynamic industry.

Multimedia Programming America, Inc. was a valuable resource for the ever-evolving field of Digital Media Production. 

It is worth noting that my tenure here was profoundly influenced by the company's founder and owner, Bart Harrison. 

He was a pioneering figure in the industry and a great mentor to me personally. His guidance and belief in my abilities played an instrumental role in shaping my career trajectory. I am deeply grateful for his mentorship and dedicate my accomplishments to his memory.

For many years, I had the incredible fortune of working as a party motivator at MThree, where I had the privilege of entertaining at numerous parties and bringing joy to thousands of people. This career path has not only been personally fulfilling, but it has also played a significant role in shaping my professional and personal growth.

Working as a party motivator has taught me invaluable skills in interacting with people, breaking out of my shell, and embracing the true essence of enjoying life. It provided me with an opportunity to connect with diverse individuals and create memorable experiences for them.
