Devon Powers is a communication studies scholar and author with expertise in consumer culture, cultural circulation, and promotion. She served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at Temple University from 2016 to 2022. During her tenure, she contributed significantly to research on branding, trends, and promotional culture.
