Devlin Marinoff is a prominent figure in the commercial real estate industry, serving as Broker and Managing Partner at DWNTWN REALTY ADVISORS, specializing in commercial sales in Miami.

With a strong background in real estate, Devlin has facilitated transactions amounting to over $1.9 billion, covering various asset classes such as hospitality, multi-family, office buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties.

Starting his career in New York City at Penn Capital Realty, Devlin orchestrated transactions exceeding $700 million before moving to South Florida in 2008 to establish Whitehall Realty Group, which under his leadership became a leading commercial brokerage firm in Miami.

As the Managing Director of Whitehall Realty Group, Devlin steered the firm to remarkable success, earning accolades such as the CoStar Power Broker in 2016 for Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales.

In 2018, Devlin joined forces with industry expert Tony Arellano to launch DWNTWN Realty Advisors, a firm dedicated to providing leasing, investment sales, creative, and advisory services in emerging urban core markets.
